Hi loved ones, in early July 2026, Roe received a stage 3 cancer diagnosis. As you can imagine it has been an overwhelming rush of emotions, doctors appointments, ups & downs, and support from folks. Many of you have kindly asked how you can help our family during this time.. This page is an answer! Roe and I will need some community care during their journey through cancer treatment. Covid Cautiousness: Roe's immune system will be fragile while receiving treatment. We ask that if you want to spend quality time OR provide services, please covid test no more than 24 hours before. If testing is not an option, we will provide masks to wear in the house, however spending time with Roe will not be an option without testing. Thank you for understanding. Dietary Restrictions: Roe has no food allergies, however we are prioritizing a low fiber and a high protein diet. Their Oncologist recommends AVOIDING: white bread, processed meats, processed sugars, deep fried foods, tough meat, meat gristle, fried meat, dried beans, whole nuts, whole beans, 12-grain seeded bread, high fiber cereals, raw veggies, cabbage family, broccoli, lentils, corn, ANY fruits with seeds (pits ok). **Please connect with Eden if you have any questions**
