Hello Everyone, I’m starting this dinner meal train to help our very much loved Couch Family. As many of you know, both Paul and Kim have had cancer diagnoses months apart. Paul has started his chemo treatment, and Kim will be having surgery on March 11th. She will be in the hospital for 3-5 days and recovering at home for the next 6 weeks. I would like to start the meal March 12th.
They are a household of 4, and there is a peanut and shrimp allergy. Their spice radar is mild to medium.
