Love For Rick, Nikki and Caleb

Story

My brother in law has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Renal Cancer and has been given an average of two years to live. My sister and him have a son in highschool. He is currently trying out for the highschool baseball team. My sister has a very demanding job. There are some other struggles they are going through due to all this so I was hoping to get a meal train started or other type of meal help during this time. Please contact me to coordinate dropling off any meals or meeting me. Also I am getting an update on any meal suggestions and high protein food items for Rick.

Special Notes

Preferred Drop-Off Time 6:15 People to Cook For 2 Adults, 1 Kid Favorite Meals or Restaurants Caleb likes pizza, mac and cheese, and pudding. Nikki says she will eat anything (she did recently say she liked the deep fried croissants at Schnucks, but she was trying to not eat them). Rick is on a high calorie and high protein diet. I have included some suggestions for snack food that was given by Rick's doctor. When you are thinking about meals, tips to increase calories would be butter, cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, granola, mayo, olive oil, peanut butter, and nuts and seeds. Rick is a little picky, so I wouldn't try to make or order anything too crazy. High-Calorie and High-Protein Snacks When you are unable to eat three full meals a day, snacks made of familiar, wholesome foods can contribute needed protein, calories, vitamins and minerals.
