I’ve had to learn to be strong and evolve with the damage that things have caused me over my life and 3 of those things are car accidents; non of them my fault. My husband, children and I have had the worst year since this last car accident May 20, 2025. We were rear ended causing my husband to not be able to do roofing anymore; his work for over 30 years. Our van was totaled. Dan was able to deliver groceries through Spark for Walmart but the transmission went on the replacement vehicle about 2 months ago and we’ve been struggling severely since.
I’ve tried getting hired to create content for vacation home owners because that’s the one thing I’m able to do and good at since my 3 car accidents. We need help. I’ve applied for disability and was denied due to an office error that I was told would be checked and they’d call me back but never did. Dan was denied disability and we have to reapply. I’m not sure what type of help is out there but we need food and a car. I continue to apply to create content but I’m not rehired by anyone yet. I’ve become almost desperate and that’s why I’m here.
