As many of you know, Abuelo Antonio Itztakmitzin is scheduled to undergo cataract surgery on one eye at the end of this week and on the other eye next week. During this time, we would like to support Abuelo Antonio and Abuela Santa by helping ease the daily responsibility of preparing meals. Our hope is that Abuela Santa can focus on caring for Abuelo during his recovery while also taking time to care for herself. To help, we are organizing a food train from June 25 through July 3. Any meal, whether homemade or purchased, would be a meaningful blessing and greatly appreciated by the family. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support during this time. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help lighten the load and remind them that they are surrounded by a caring community.
