Lori is my coworker and really good friend. Lori is an amazing hair stylist, mother, new grandmother and just an awesome person all around. The last 2 years have been really trying for her. Lori had 3 children with her childhood love who was diagnosed with cancer last year and lost his life unexpectedly. This week Lori was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung cancer and will be out of work while she receives her much needed treatments. As a hair stylist we work off of commission with no paid time off or health insurance. Lori pays for her own insurance thru the government. As Lori goes thru her treatments she will need assistance to pay her rent, medical expenses and food. I'm hoping to help raise $20,000 to give her the peace of mind of keeping a roof over her head for a year so she can get better without that stress.
