On Saturday, January 24th, we got the call that we prayed we would never receive. My brother, Matthew Allen Schellen, had lost his battle to mental illness. Matthew suffered tremendously for years, and I pray that he is now free from his pain. Matthew is survived by his wife, Betsy, and their three beautiful children-Mattix (15), Noah (12), and Beatrix (8). Betsy is a working mother and is doing her best right now to continue to work and provide for her kids, but the grief they are enduring is overwhelming. I would like my brother's family to be able to navigate this loss, and not have to worry about their dinners during this time. I pray that we can surround them with love and support. ❤️
