DeAnna Duffy & Bryan Alcazar are preparing to welcome a very special baby girl who has already shown us how strong and resilient she is. During pregnancy, Baby Girl was diagnosed with complex heart conditions that will require specialized care and surgery shortly after birth. While we don’t have all the answers yet, we do know that her first days and weeks of life will include time in the hospital, close monitoring, and procedures to help her heart work the way it needs to. It’s going to be an emotional and challenging journey, but we are surrounded by an incredible medical team and so much love and support. As our family focuses on being present for her and supporting DeAnna and Bryan through delivery and recovery, we’ve created this page as a way to stay connected and to accept help during this time. Whether it’s meals, prayers, kind messages, or simply checking in, it all means more than we can express. Thank you for loving this sweet girl already and for supporting our family as we walk through this together.
DeAnna and Bryan may be bouncing between the Ronald McDonald House near the hospital and their home for a month or two. In terms of meals, they enjoy Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Chipotle, Buona Beef. They don’t really drink coffee.
