I've been doing this for 11 years. As lots of you know the treatment industry is very toxic. When I first started, all sober livings were stand alone and not connected to IOPS/PHPS. Now they are connected and since insurance pays these places so much, they go there and it's not really sober living. We call it housing. Sober living is much more structured and provides more accountability. It becomes a mini family and the guys look out for each other. We have guys who come in who don't have anything. We have guys who call who have no money. I always try to figure out a solution with different organizations I've worked with. That being said, it would be nice to have a scholarship fund for when we get calls for people who are good fits and want help, but cannot afford to come in. We also like to take the guys out to do random activities such as white water rafting and things like that to bond. Most programs cost $1500 to 2000. We are 1200 a month or 300 a week. I also am very hands on with clients, and they are not just a number. They are family. We have a very high graduation rate
