We are having issues with our landlord not fixing the watermain break in front of our house. 13 day no water. Our oven just broke. The landlord won't answer our texts or calls. I filed a complaint with 311. It will take 20 days to be dealt with due to this Philadelphia strike. We need some help since No one in philadelphia can help due to the strike.
I have tried to call state representatives and they told me nothing could be done due to the strike. I've called city hall. I've called everywhere for help with no outcome. I just got off the phone with the attorney generals office. They will be calling me back tomorrow morning about filing a police report through them about everything that's going on.
