Many of you have followed Tim’s journey since his stage five kidney failure diagnosis. The past months have not been easy. Alongside dialysis and endless appointments, Tim has been in and out of the hospital several times as new health emergencies came up while he waited for a kidney. Through every setback, he has kept fighting, and Kat and the family have been right beside him. And now, the news we’ve all been hoping for: Tim is receiving his kidney transplant this Friday. We are beyond grateful to Jason, who is giving Tim the gift of a kidney, and to his wife and family, who are sharing him with us during this time. The weeks of recovery ahead will ask a lot of this family, and one of the best ways to love them right now is to take everyday tasks off their plate so they can focus on healing and being together.
