Our sister Jackie had spinal surgery this past Monday at OSU. The surgery was successful in repairing nerve and vertebrae damage in her neck. However, she has a long recovery ahead of her. My sisters and I can handle some of what she needs, and Brent is great at Tuna Helper, but we wanted to create this meal train to help ease some of the stress the first week or so while she heals.
