My Cancer Journey ❤️ If you’re here, it’s probably because you know me, love me, or have been following along as I navigate this unexpected chapter of my life. I’ve been going through my own cancer journey, and while I’ve continued to work, take care of my family, stay active, and keep moving forward, there are moments when I have to admit that I can’t do everything on my own. So I decided to create this page—not because I expect anyone to do anything, but because I’ve learned that sometimes people genuinely want to help and simply don’t know how. This is a place where my family, friends, clients, coworkers, and community can come together and support me in whatever way feels right for them. ❤️ Ways You Can Support Me 🍽️ Meals & Groceries Treatment, appointments, recovery, and everyday life can make meals one more thing to worry about. Having a meal delivered, sending a restaurant or grocery gift card, or helping with groceries would be incredibly helpful. 💰 Financial Support If you’d like to contribute financially, donations will help with the everyday expenses that come with navigating cancer, treatment, surgery, recovery, and time away from work. 🛍️ Everyday Needs Gift cards for groceries, household necessities, gas, restaurants, or other everyday expenses are always appreciated. 🤍 Practical Help Sometimes the little things make the biggest difference—help with errands, transportation, meals, or simply checking in. 💌 Encouragement Never underestimate the power of a text, phone call, prayer, kind message, or reminder that I’m not doing this alone. A Little About Me I’m a mom, a Realtor and someone who has always been used to taking care of things and keeping it moving. Cancer has forced me to slow down in ways I wasn’t prepared for. But I’m still here. I’m still working toward my goals. I’m still showing up for my family. I’m still going to the gym when I can. And I’m still believing that there is so much life ahead of me. I’m taking this one day at a time. I don’t know exactly what this next chapter will look like, but I know I don’t have to walk through it alone. To everyone who has checked on me, prayed for me, encouraged me, helped me, brought me food, supported my family, or simply reminded me that I’m loved thank you. ❤️ And if you’re here because you want to help, please know that there is absolutely no pressure or expectation. Whatever you are able to give whether it’s a meal, a contribution, a gift card, an errand, a prayer, or simply your love and encouragement means more than you know. Thank you for being part of my village. ❤️ — Dez
