Our hearts are broken as we share the passing of Shannon Brazier. Almost 2 weeks ago, Shannon was admitted to the hospital due to atrial fibrillation (AFib). During her hospitalization, doctors discovered that the heart valves she had previously undergone replacement surgeries for, would need to be replaced for a third time. Shannon faced this challenge with the same strength and determination that she carried throughout her life. Tragically, she passed away this past Monday, June 1st due to complications from surgery. Shannon leaves behind her loving husband, a 16-year-old son, two daughters, and six grandchildren who adored her. The loss of Shannon creates an unimaginable void in their lives—not only emotionally, but financially as they navigate the difficult days ahead. Anyone who knew Shannon knows that she had one of the most giving hearts. She was always the first person to step in when someone needed help, offering kindness, support, and love without hesitation. She touched countless lives and was truly a light to everyone who knew her. Now, we have the opportunity to give back to a family that means so much to so many.
