Story
I took over my elderly father's home (my childhood home) after a previous land contract buyer destroyed the home and allowed land taxes to get so far behind that the house will go up for auction. My father cannot ready or write so the whole contract was to scam him. My father is too old and ill to fix the home so we took it over to try and help. We are trying everything we can to get the delinquent taxes paid but just can't make it work with all the bills and trying to fix the damages before winter hits.
