And since this is my first home, I'm still day dreaming of all the things this home could be (thanks HGTV). But, this little house does have a few projects waiting for me. A little about the crib: It's a 1972 townhome tucked away in the heart of 77057. A hidden gem in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. It's one of only a handful (4) built in it’s style, with floor to ceiling windows, a nice little backyard, a loft, and a 2 car port. Literally everything I said I wanted. And while it's got great bones, it definitely needs a little love. 😂 It’s time to grab goggles and a helmet, because I'm about to raise the roof! 🏡🔨
