Nolan has been in the hospital for about a month and has just completed his first round of treatment, with at least four more months ahead. During this time, something as simple as eating has become incredibly challenging. Chemotherapy has changed Nolan’s taste buds, making it hard for him to find foods he’s willing to eat, while his parents are juggling long days at the hospital with little time or energy to think about meals for themselves. Providing nourishing, easy-to-enjoy meals would lift a daily burden and help ensure they all have the strength they need to get through this long road ahead.
