ECHO Meal Train! 💙🍽️ Hello! We're thrilled to share the heartwarming journey of our ECHO Meal Train page, created to address a significant need at our Atascadero and Paso Robles campuses. Every night of the year, we offer dinner to anyone in need in our community. On an average night, we serve 80-100 plates, providing not just a meal but a moment of comfort to those who rely on our support. This initiative is a lifeline, not just for individuals but also for families working hard to find their own homes. By offering nutritious meals, we help them save funds and focus on their journey to stability. However, Meal Providers, a vital role in our mission, are often the hardest positions to fill. That's why we launched this Meal Train, a community-driven effort to ensure that no open meal date goes unfilled. 🚂✨ We are incredibly grateful for the unwavering support of our volunteers and donors.
