When I first met Stephanie in college, I had no idea she would become one of the most important people in my life!! We laughed our way through late-night study/party sessions, leaned on each other during heartbreaks, and celebrated every milestone side by side. Steph wasn't just a friend, she became family. Years later, life looks different after building a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and strength. But recently, life delivered a challenge no one is ready for- Stephanie was diagnosed with breast cancer. The word 'cancer' is heavy, but if there is one thing I know about my best friend, is that she is a fighter. She has always been the person who gives you hope, who reminds you to laugh even when things feel impossible. Now its my turn to stand beside Steph, as many of you want to, to hold her up when she is tired and support how we can! We can't take away the treatments, the pain or the worry. But what we can do is show up- if that means cooking dinner, watching Jake, donating or just being able to sit in silence being there for you. My best friend Stephanie may be fighting breast cancer, but she is not fighting alone! She has all of us to help her through this. The fight of Cancer involves everyone! Steph deserves it!!!
