Tui had a stroke and a fall back in March. He had a tear in his esophagus and spine and disc surgery from the fall. Because of the tear and the stroke, he has difficulty swallowing so is on a special diet. He has come a long way with time at Spain Rehab and now home doing rehab in Tallassee a couple of days out of the week. Tui & Faye made it to Sabbath School for the first time on June 14th. It was such a blessing to have them back at church! Keep them in your prayers. With their dietary restrictions, we thought it best to help with getting groceries or gift cards to stores or restaurants instead of a meal train. Offers to come out a stay with Tui while Faye runs errands would be appreciated as needs come up. Faye was worried about driving to Birmingham for Tui's appointments to Spain Rehab. Brian & Karen will handle these appts, as we live nearby and are available but if you are able and willing, let us know so if there is a conflict with schedules, we can call on you. Thanks, Karen
