My dad was on vacation in Florida when he experience sudden nausea and vomiting. When he made it home to Minnesota, he still wasn’t feeling well and was found to have a brain tumor. He had a craniotomy with tumor resection and biopsy on 5/13. Unfortunately, the final pathology came back Glioblastoma. He is taking it as well as can be expected, but there will be a lot of ups and downs in the days ahead. He meets with the Fairview neuroncology team 5/28 to discuss options for chemotherapy/radiation to give him as much time as possible. He is currently in an acute rehab facility with plans for discharge on 5/22 (Friday). He will need 24 care for at least a week and potentially longer. We appreciate any support and wish to make this time as special as possible
