Support and Love for baby Rush & Fam

Story

Hi friends and family, As many of you know, our sweet Rush has been dealing with ongoing medical challenges due to tracheomalacia—a condition where his windpipe is weak and collapses, making breathing difficult. In December and again in February, he had serious “choking” episodes where he turned blue and went limp at home. The most recent one required us to perform CPR until the ambulance arrived. 💔 We’re not getting the specialized answers we need here in Austin, so we’re heading out of state to a hospital in Florida that truly specializes in tracheomalacia. Rush will undergo a full evaluation, additional testing, and possibly another major surgery. We expect to be there for at least 2.5–3 weeks. We’re incredibly grateful to have a free stay at the Ronald McDonald House right on the hospital campus—that takes a huge burden off. Trevor’s job has also been gracious enough to help with travel expenses. But with meals, daily essentials, and unexpected costs adding up during this time, any support would mean the world to us. If you’re able, we’d be so thankful for: • Meals or gift cards for takeout/food delivery. • Donations to help with incidental expenses and self care to de-stress. Venmo would probably be easiest but anything is welcome. • and most importantly prayers, positive thoughts, and messages of encouragement Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there for Rush and our family. Your love and support carry us through the hardest days. ❤️ With love and gratitude, Tasha, Trevor and Rush

Special Notes
