Welcome to the meal train for this sweet family as they adjust to life with their new baby! Becoming parents is exciting and beautiful, but it’s also a big transition — full of sleepless nights, constant feedings, and learning a brand-new rhythm together. Our goal is to help lighten their load by making sure they’re well-fed, supported, and able to focus on bonding with their little one. From the new parents: We would love simple, comforting meals as we adjust to newborn life! No dietary restrictions — just prefer mild flavors and nothing too spicy. We love: pasta, tacos, soups/stews, casseroles, rotisserie chicken with sides, and breakfast-for-dinner. Please avoid: extra spicy foods or strong fish dishes.
