💚 Helping Hands for Our Wonderful Volunteer, Jennifer Duncan 💚 Our Montague County Animal Rescue family is heartbroken to share that one of our most dedicated volunteers, Jennifer Duncan, was seriously injured this week in a terrible accident. While working from a 10-foot ladder, Jennifer fell — suffering a broken arm (which may require surgery), a broken nose, and stitches in her forehead. We are so thankful her injuries weren’t even worse, but her road to recovery will take time. Jennifer is currently out of work indefinitely and, for now, is unable to cook or care for herself like she usually does. Anyone who knows Jennifer knows her heart — she has poured countless hours into helping rescue dogs in our community and has even taken in several tiny dogs of her own, giving them the safe, loving home they deserved.
