💚 Helping Hands for Our Wonderful Volunteer, Jennifer Duncan 💚 Our Montague County Animal Rescue family is heartbroken to share that one of our most dedicated volunteers, Jennifer Duncan, was seriously injured this week in a terrible accident. While working from a 10-foot ladder, Jennifer fell — suffering a broken arm (which may require surgery), a broken nose, and stitches in her forehead. We are so thankful her injuries weren’t even worse, but her road to recovery will take time. Jennifer is currently out of work indefinitely and, for now, is unable to cook or care for herself like she usually does. Anyone who knows Jennifer knows her heart — she has poured countless hours into helping rescue dogs in our community and has even taken in several tiny dogs of her own, giving them the safe, loving home they deserved. Now it’s our turn to help the one who has helped so many. 💕 If you’d like to support Jennifer, here are a few ways you can make a difference: 🍲 Make or deliver a meal to her while she heals. 🐾 Help care for her many rescue dogs — walk, feed, or water them. **"SHE ALSO HAS HORSES...ASK HER IF YOU CAN HELP FEED!!?? 💌 Donate a gift card (grocery, or Visa/Mastercard) to ease her daily burdens. ❤️ Send a card, message, or small token of encouragement to lift her spirits. Jennifer has been there for so many of our shelter pups — now let’s be there for her. Every act of kindness, big or small, will mean the world right now. Let’s rally around Jennifer with the same compassion she’s shown every dog who’s ever crossed her path. Jennifer Cell: (940) 999-3345 🐾
Jennifer will not ask for help, and will not tell you if she does need anything. SO JUST DO! She loves Sonic! She's a country girl thru and thru so any meals, with meat and potatoes, or hearty, home cooked, down south comfort food, or casseroles would be great! She also loves Mexican food!
