Nicky will be having knee surgery on Monday, July 28th at Tidal Health in Salisbury. The plan is for her to return home on Tuesday, July 29th. It would be great if you can help her and the family with dinners while she is recovering. We will update this page as she progresses. Nicky will be adding anything that she might need help with (like shopping, doctor visits, prescription pickup, etc.) in the next few weeks. Nicky will also make special notes below for any dietary suggestions or restrictions with she and Matt and the four kiddos! Thanks for any help you might provide.
Please avoid spicy food, green peppers, mushrooms and beans. One of the kids limits her lactose intake, but can use lactose-free ricotta cheese, milk, and ice cream. Normal cheese is fine for her, just limited. Feel free to text or call Matt 610-739-8351
