As many of you know, Brian was playing disc golf on Sunday, August 9, and he died unexpectedly. Kristin and their children are heartbroken and overwhelmed; they miss Brian tremendously. He absolutely loved and adored his family. Brian was not only a family man, he was also a wonderful friend, a kind and helpful neighbor, and all around great guy. His Celebration of Life is scheduled for Friday, August 14 from 2:30-4:30 pm at the Brown Wynne Funeral Home (1701 East Millbrook Road, Raleigh). The family is encouraging all to dress casually and wear NC State attire or colors (red, black, white).
Favorite Restaurants: Dominoes, Jersey Mike’s, Texas Roadhouse, Milton’s, Chick-fil-A, Wakefield Tavern, McDonald’s, Bella Italia, IHOP, Red Robin, & Jimmy John’s Allergies: None; however, the family prefers no spicy foods If you signed up for a meal, you may drop it off in the cooler at the front door that day. Be sure to text/alert the family when the meal has arrived. Kristin's number will be sent once you've signed up (for those who do not currently have her contact information). If your preference is sending a meal via delivery, a time can be coordinated with Kristin. Other options include food gift cards, which can be sent at any time. If you signed up for a specific date and are sending a gift card, please ensure the gift card is sent by noon, so the family can plan accordingly. Note: The meal calendar may be adjusted as time passes.
