The Parunak family is a wonderful family that is very involved at St. Andrew church. Andrea( the mom of 9) is a part of the prayer team; Gene( the husband ) is a cantor; and several of the boys and one daughter are regular altar servers at daily Mass. Andrea is having hip replacement surgery on March 3rd, since she as no cartilage left! Let's all work together and help provide dinner for this faithful & devoted family while Andrea recovers from her surgery.
Andrea and Gene ( the parents ) follow a keto diet- basically low carbs,high in protein. There are lots of easy recipes online for this type of cooking but please don't add artificial sweeteners. If you can't find a keto recipe, that's fine! Just cook whatever you are comfortable making and Andrea says Gene can make eggs for them to eat that night😂 No food allergies to worry about. No meat on Fridays please. Casseroles are great. Soups are welcomed. Kids love salads. Desserts also welcomed for them😉 Meals are for 4 adults,7 kids
