To make it easier for mama and baby here are some things requested if you decide to bring a meal! Sheralyn is watching her dairy and requested nothing with red sauce or any spicy foods! We ask if your dropping off food they would love if you stayed and visisted but please be mindful of bedtimes and how tired parents may be having just had a newborn. :) Food can be dropped off anytime during the day or if dropped off in the evening the family normally eat around 5pm
