I’m a mother of three beautiful girls, and after a difficult chapter in our lives, we have finally made it into our permanent home in Magnolia, Delaware. Getting here was not easy, but I did everything I could to give my children a safer, more stable place to grow, heal, and feel secure. Our family has been through circumstances that required us to leave our previous home and start over in a new state. I made that decision because my children’s well-being comes first. We had to leave behind much of what we owned and begin rebuilding our lives with very limited resources. Today, we have a home of our own, and I am thankful for that blessing. But right now, our house is still missing many of the things that make a home comfortable. My girls need beds and mattresses, and we are also trying to obtain dressers and other basic household necessities. As a mother, it is difficult knowing what my children need and not having the financial means to provide everything at once. I live on a limited fixed income, and I am also working toward my master’s degree in Information Technology. I am determined to keep moving forward, create a better future for my daughters, and show them that even after difficult times, we can keep going. I created an Amazon wishlist so that anyone who wants to help can purchase an item directly for our family. I am not asking for cash. My biggest hope is to find kind people who might be willing to sponsor a bed or mattress, purchase something from our wishlist, or share our story with someone who may be able to help. Even one item would make a meaningful difference in our home. A bed is more than furniture to us. It means having a comfortable place to sleep, a sense of security, and one more step toward feeling settled. If you are able to help, share our page, or connect us with a potential sponsor, please know how deeply grateful I would be. I am doing my best to rebuild our lives and give my girls the comfort and stability they deserve. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for considering our family. Every act of kindness brings us one step closer to making this house feel like home.
