Hi Well, I started this campaign because my husband and I need a car. No big dramatic story. We were homeless for 2 years after covid ravaged our little home repair business. We lived in our car with our 4 dogs for 8 months. During that time I got a job working at Goodwill. My husband and our dogs sat out in the car while I worked. I'd take my breaks in the car with them. They one day our car just blew. The motor was shot. I had no ride to work. I ultimately was let go. No money, no car. No job. My husband was suffering from debilitating depression during this time. So I had to figure it out. Long story short, we came back up and now have a home for us and our animals. But our 2008 Nissan Rogue broke down on us. The transmission went out. Repairs were ungodly. My husband's been working for 2 solid years now, but we barely have enough to get by. But we saved a few hundred by cutting down already tight budget. But it's not enough. We can't get approved for a car at any dealer, or loan company. Even subprimes. They say my husband had no credit file. Period. And my score is a little over 600. But we have tried and tried and tried to no avail. I'm so proud of my husband for fighting the depression abd getting up and doing so good with his job. But I fear if we dont get a car soon, his ride to work will eventually fall through and he will be fired. And then he will stay in bed depressed again. Which breaks my heart to even ponder it. So if you could help us out in any way, please do. I'm just a desperate wife that has no other options right now but to ask for help. Our families are poor, have bad credit, or just won't cosign a loan period. Trust me, I've already tried pleading with them that have the means to help. They just dont want to for whatever reason.
