As you know, Barb is on Hospice care and unable to prepare meals for her and Sam. Their daughter, Bonnie comes daily to care for her mother and Sam is not much of a cook. They don’t require much but a hot meal is so appreciated. They are easy to please and love a nice breakfast around 9:45 and love leftovers. They love sweets too. Another suggestion is someone to sit with Barbara here or there so as to relieve Bonnie so she can go take a nap. She will stay at the house just needs a break to rest. She’s exhausted having been caring for Barb for months now, 7 days a week. Bonnie’s husband Mark does join them often on Saturdays and Sundays. Generally, there are three eating for breakfast and lunch. Bonnie currently goes home before dinner. They are easy. They didn’t ask for this but others have asked me and this seemed a good way to make it easier to do for them. They’ve always done for others and need a hand during this time.
Barb doesn’t like bananas. Sam doesn’t like cucumbers. They love most things. They like restaurant food as well (Spunkys mild wings, Chinese takeout, Hibachi restaurant food, Spaghetti or just a hotdog meal are a few suggestions ) Mark cannot have corn.
