I'm supposed to be eating a Mediterranean style diet. No sugar outside of natural sugars in fruits is ok and fruit is highly encouraged. Red grapes, watermelon, pineapple, peaches, necarines cherries, all vegetables Lean proteins. Hormone free chicken preferred. Turkey There's my mom who's caring for me but also injured herself. And my 16 yr old daughter. None of them are picky. I eat usually one real meal a day and snack the rest. One meal either dinner or lunch is needed daily. Whatever is easier. I meant to remove lunches but can't figure it out
