Support Sarah Through Shoulder Surgery Recovery and Her Journey of Healing

Denver, CO

Story

Hiya loves, Thank you so much for landing here and supporting me. I’m really grateful for all of you who pour into me, laugh with me, build with me, and hold me in community. This message is hard to write because asking for help is vulnerable, but I’m learning (slowly!) that you can’t be a good community member if you never let your people show up for you too. As many of you know, I injured my shoulder and knee while hiking in Boulder. The fall caused full tears in 2 of 4 rotator cuff tendons in my right (dominant) shoulder. As you know, I'm usually on the go, but I’ll be grounded back in Denver for the next year focusing on healing. Below are some ways you can help during this incredibly difficult time for me. Whatever you feel called to offer, I’m deeply grateful. 💛 Ways to Help 🍜✨ FOOD SUPPORT: Meals easy to eat one-handed (high-protein, low-sodium). MEAL TRAIN LINK- https://mealtrain.com/ke0290 📦🌈 SETTLING IN: Help me unpack, assemble items/electronics, organize, hang art 💆🏽‍♀️🌺 BODY CARE AND WELLNESS: Cupping sessions certificates, Plants/flowers, acupuncture, CBD items, etc. 🎶💗 SOCIAL EMOTIONAL SUPPORT: Send playlists, podcasts, horoscopes, affirmations, or check-in messages 🏡🌞 HOME SUPPORT: Fold laundry, take out trash, put away dishes, light tidying, help me hang pictures or plant flowers. 🌿🤍 CONNECTIONS: Visits or phone calls, companionship for gentle walks/stretch buddies, come sit with me for movies, invite me for short outings even if we just sit in the sun in the park (i might decline the first few but - please don't; stop asking me), its hard for me to have joy in my life right now- so please tell me about yours. 🎁🌟 WISHLIST ITEMS: Practical recovery tools, comfort items, or monetary support (check the AMAZON WISHLIST) 🛍️ Wishlist NOTES: If you choose to help by gifting something, please don’t feel like it has to come from Amazon or be brand new. I love supporting handmade and small businesses, and y’all know I’m a hippie at heart; so I love a good thrift find, a gently used treasure, or something locally made. 🌱 Final Notes Thank you for holding me through this season of slowing down, sitting still, and healing. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with community in new, tender ways. If you’re in the area, please come by; help me unpack, share a meal, sit with me, or just bring your energy into the space. It means more than I can say to be held by community when I need it most. We are all worthy of receiving care and love. Love y’all, Sarah Food & Delivery Address: 3100 E Cherry Creek South Dr, #608 Denver, CO 80209 P.S.
