Hello, I have asked for assistance because we had to have a new well dug at our home. Before that we had no running water for three months. I was finally able to scrimp and save enough, thru working extra and being very diligent with everything to be able to pay the down payment and most of the bill to have it dug. So we are very excited to finally have fresh running water but I still owe $1,574 out of the $9,317 total and I am having a very hard time being able to come up with the rest. .
