Hello my name is Jessica and I started this page because my family is in need. We recently added a couple of family members to our household. We were a family of five, but our oldest son has grown up and moved out. We are now a household of six. We have my husband's brother living with us due to loss of job because of an overdose on fentynol. So we are supporting him through his recovery, physically(because he almost died) and mentally. He is (to the best of his ability currently actively looking for work). Also, we have brought my cousin's 15yo son into our home because his parents are living without running water and they aren't able to support his needs. It has put a strain on our finances, but by the grace of God we are surviving. Food and school supplies are really are biggest struggles right now. Three teenage boys put quite the hurting on groceries, that are not cheap these days. My husband and I both work, but it isn't enough to properly provide three meals a day for all six of us. My husband's job provides the rent and utilities his transportation, and I basically work for food and my transportation. While trying to homeschool our two teenage boys. School is starting in a week or so we are also needing school supplies and clothes for the third teenage boy. (His mom doesn't want him homeschooled and I respect that.)
