Judy is getting back surgery today and it has an extensive recovery. This is her third time getting this surgery, as her last operation did not get the results she needed. Alongside with Judy, Trevor’s health issues are also play a huge part in their daily lives. I wanted to set up a meal train for them as Judy will not be able to lift anything heavier than 10 pounds and also cannot bend over. That includes putting things into the oven without Trevor‘s help. Trevor also has to watch his sodium intake due to his health concerns - so healthy nutrition and low sodium foods are ideal. This does not have to be a “meal“ but even just something they can snack on or pop in the microwave, healthy snacks, like fruit & veggies, or even just some cash for grocery trips. Rachel, Lauren and family will be going out to the house frequently over the next two weeks to take care of Judy and to make sure that they have everything they need, as Trevor still works full-time, so we can take it out there. Your support is truly appreciated in both of their journeys!
Light, easy, quick, and low sodium for Trev!
