You all know and love Nicolette Rubio. What’s not to love! She was always there for us helping and making things happen. Be it when a lot of our children were at Immanuel Lutheran where she was Class Mom through our children's elementary years while us parents benefitted from her fabulous energy; or coordinating the fabulous Immanuel Children’s Annual Art Show which was her passion; or while working her heart out at Susan G. Komen Walkathons, her favorite fund raising organization for breast cancer, and raising tens of thousands of dollars during their fundraiser walks; or had the weekly or monthly coffees sharing your life moments amongst friends; or you were lucky to grow up best friends with her, or you are part of her beautiful Greek family, we all know that Nicolette is that special friend and family member who would go the extra mile for you, and has. Well now Nicolette needs our help. We all know Nicolette was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021 followed by chemotherapy and breast surgery. Then after being diagnosed with metastatic stage 4 breast cancer in 2022, she underwent three brain surgeries along with more chemo trials like the champion that she is. Well now there are no more chemo trials or surgeries left for her to try. Her family is taking care of her home care at this time. Her care is 24/7, and Nicolette would love some help in relieving John from making meals a few times during the week. Your help would be appreciated in providing a few meals a week through dropping off a meal, or giving gift cards to restaurants or Door Dash, etc. We appreciate our friends and family helping us at this time.
