I have to have a partial hysterectomy on April 17th due to some complications that I have been having for several months now. According to the doctor I could take 4-6 weeks to heal and it will be difficult to try and cook for my family. I don't want to eat out everyday as that isn't good for me or easy on the wallet, lol. I am looking for meals for my family of 4 as my parents live with me as well and my mom isn't always able to help cook and will be helping me take care of my son.
We have no food allergies, my son is 7 and can be a picky eater at times, lol. If you want to come and visit but you might be sick please let me know as I want to try and avoid getting sick after surgery as much as possible.
