Nancy’s Network

Story

As many of you know, Nancy has been diagnosed with breast cancer and could use some help with meals as she prepares for surgery and recovery. Providing meals is a simple way to support Nancy and help ease her day-to-day load during this time. Meal Drop-Off Details: As Nancy will need to rest during her recovery, you may need to drop off meals on her porch. (We don't want to wake her if she is napping). Address: 103 Granite Creek. Two coolers will be placed on Nancy’s porch: One cooler (green) will be designated for dropping off meals The second cooler (red) will be for returning dishes. If you choose to bring a dish that you would like returned, please be sure to clearly label it with your name. Whether you are able to cook a meal, arrange a delivery, or send a gift card for a meal, every act of kindness is deeply appreciated. Cards by mail are encouraged to keep her spirits up as well. Thank you for surrounding Nancy and Tom with love, care, and support during this time.

Special Notes

Nancy’s preferences: Nancy enjoys typical meals: chicken, beef, turkey, pasta, all kinds of potatoes, all kinds of soup or stew, mac & cheese, lasagna, chips and french onion dip, fruit (most anything) and cut up veggies and salads. Nancy likes La Boca Woodfired Pizza (North Ave), NY Pizza Oven, Three Brothers, and Pioneer Cafe. Tom’s restrictions: No nuts of any kind because Tom is allergic. He prefers foods without high fructose corn syrup or natural flavors. Natural flavors can provoke a serious headache.
