Lisa Daughtrey recently suffered an ischemic stroke that affected the left side of her body. She was serving as a chaperone on a youth trip to share Christ with a group of teens when the event occurred. With the heart that Lisa has, she still tried to stay and was only concerned about the children. Lisa is currently at Southwell Rehab in Adel getting her strength back and sharing Jesus with each of the employees that are helping her still! She’s still praising her savior! As a true caregiver, she is worried only about the wellbeing of her husband and son. We have committed to being sure they are taken care of with meals so that she can focus on getting better.
