So while I was on my last day of vacation I twisted my knee and tore my acl in my right knee. It has been very painful and is hard for me to walk. Any help would be wonderful and very appreciated because I’m having enough issues making it to the bathroom let alone my kitchen to try and get food. I see the knee surgeon on Sept 3rd and was told by the dr at hospital after surgery it could take 4-9 months to recover.
