Meal Train for the Sicignano's while Joe recovers from major surgery

Story

Joe was 42 when he was suddenly diagnosed with stage 4 Colon cancer that metastatic to his liver. 42 is before the screening age of 45. Joe had a large portion of his colon removed and has been undergoing treatment since. His colon has been cancer free but still has had active tumors in his liver... Mount Sinai thinks Joe's best option is to have a liver transplant, with seeking a live donor...so we seek and we wait. Not too long ago the poison keeping the cancer at bay stopped working. I mean they haul this shit out in a lead tank..so he needed more options ..a newer chemo which for now is kicking cancers ass...but he cant be on this long term..so new options. On Monday 4/27 Joe is going to have a major surgery. They are going to try and cut out any active tumors in his liver and do an ablasion and hook up a Hepatic Artery Infusion pump ( direct chemo to his liver ) My sister is doing her best to support him. On 1 income and almost no paid time off left she will need help. Joe's just had his 3rd cancer-versary thankfully, but things are just getting harder and harder. I'm hoping to get some help from everyone and anyone willing. Helping with meals will surely take some burden off her shoulders.

Special Notes

Currently Joe cannot tolerate spicy food due to the chemo.
