Supporting Pamela and Alan

Center Line, MI

Story

Hi, it’s me Angel, we normally aren’t the type of people to ask for any help of any kind. However I’m starting this fundraiser for my incredible mom, Pamela, who is currently battling Stage 4 metastatic lung cancer. If you know my mom, you know she lights up every room she walks into. She’s upbeat, outgoing, and full of life. She’s the kind of person who always puts others first—whether it’s her family, her coworkers, or even strangers. She’s a loving Nana who adores her grandchildren and a loyal friend who never fails to show up when someone needs her. For years, my mom worked as a server, and she loved every second of it—not just for the work itself, but because she thrived on connecting with people. She misses her job deeply and talks often about her coworkers and regulars, many of whom she considered family. This diagnosis has hit hard. Stage 4 metastatic lung cancer has spread through her lungs and beyond. The physical toll has been devastating, and my mom is no longer able to work. She’s fighting with everything she has—but this fight comes with a financial burden we simply can’t carry alone. My mom was the main source of income as my dad is unable to work. We’re asking for your help to support my mom and dad through this difficult time. We are trying to get some kind of a meal train going for my dad and mom when she is not in the hospital and for my dad when she is in the hospital. Any way you are able to help is greatly appreciated. My mom is a fighter, and she has so much more love to give, so many more memories to make. Your support gives her the strength to keep going and reminds her that she’s not in this alone. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Special Notes

No seafood. No sick visitors. Call my dad before coming over.
