My name is Stacey. A few months back I went to emergency room thinking I had a simple kidney infection. That kidney infection turned out to be a large tumor on my cervix. After that things were a wirl wind of Drs appointments.. blood transfusions awhile trying to work a full time job. I work for the developmentally disabled. So needles to say I couldn't perform my duties have been rather challenging. I have quite a few restrictions so I'm out on leave currently. My treatment plan includes 5 weeks of radiation..and chemo. Brachytherapy and immunatherapy. Unfortunately I have had my chemo rescheduled once already due to other health issues and damaging side effects from chemotherapy. I have limited support.. however I have some from some very loyal friends. It's a lonely scary time.. and I'm hoping to meet others to share love support and encouragement.
