Anthony has a loving wife of 20+ years, 3 caring children and numerous grandchildren who are rooting for his recovery. Anthony has 2 kinds of leukemia- Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. These require chemotherapy. Anthony is in high spirits, trusting Jesus with everything. The road to recovery will have ups and downs, but consistent support from friends and family will help lift him up when needed.
Be cautious of recent exposures to illness before visiting (i.e. crowded places, sick family/ friends) Wear a face mask when visiting. An unknowingly ill person reduces their risk of spreading illness by wearing a mask at a greater percentage than if the people around them wear a mask. Send encouraging thoughts. An answer may not come right away, but send a kind thought now and then to Anthony or Carla.
