Goal: $8,000 Since June 2025, a loving father and devoted husband has been detained under circumstances that no human being should ever have to endure. He has no criminal history, no traffic violations, and no explanation has ever been given for why he’s being held. He followed every process correctly, yet he remains detained—separated from his family, isolated, and increasingly unsafe. As the sole provider for his family, his absence has devastated their emotional and financial stability. His children and wife are terrified for his safety every single day. Their only holiday wish this year is simple: that he can come home alive and safe. **What He Has Endured** Since entering ICE detention, he has been subjected to ongoing mistreatment, neglect, and abuse, including: -Denied an Arabic interpreter for 67 days, leaving him unable to understand proceedings or communicate his needs. -Nearly wrongfully deported despite having complied with every requirement. -Assaulted by another detainee, in front of an officer, who threatened to kill him with a blade -Refused the right to file an incident report, despite asking to do so over 15 times -Rather, he was placed in solitary confinement with no reason for doing so for 60 days--an extreme violation of National Detention Standards -After fainting from extreme stress and deteriorating health, a Detention Officer told him to "Stop faking it" and proceeded to kick him wearing combat boots, with such force that he was unable to breathe properly for three days We also have strong reason to believe he is being targeted and mistreated due to islamophobia within the facility. Despite every effort, we have still not been provided any lawful justification for his continued detention. **What We Are Doing** We have filed formal misconduct complaints against ICE and contacted two U.S. Senators. A dedicated attorney has agreed to file: -A habeas corpus petition, and -An emergency release request, due to the escalating danger he faces from both detainees and detention staff.
