On Sept 3, 2025 after nearly 2 months of tests and scans, Heather was diagnosed with Breast Cancer (E+, P+, HER2+, stage 2). The current treatment plan is for Heather to have six rounds of chemotherapy before a unilateral mastectomy. It would be extremely helpful for Heather and her family if her community can come around her and provide meals for Heather, Mark, and Conner throughout her treatment. Please note that the biggest concern for Heather during chemo is her immunity suppression and any illness can delay her treatment. Please plan to drop meals off or send meal gift cards to keep Heather as safe and protected from illness as possible. Thank you all for surrounding Heather with your love and support.
