Nanny had some adhesions she had to babe surgically removed from her intestines/colon and will be down for a bit. Several asked if they could bring some food so I wanted to make this since she will have a bit of a stricter diet. Thank you ❤️
Special Notes
Low fiber foods, nothing spicy. Some examples I was given; Baked chicken, ham, baked potatoes, baked fish, mashed potatoes, applesauce, crackers, yogurt, pasta with marinara sauce. It will be to feed 3 people. Snacks: peanut butter and saltines, vanilla wafers, yogurt, popcorn You can search low fiber meals and tons pop up.
