Melissa is fierce, resilient, and undeniably stubborn when it comes to accepting help. She would absolutely try to navigate this entire process without asking for a single favor. Lucky for us, she finally surrendered and is allowing us to set up this meal train! As Melissa recently shared, she was diagnosed with breast cancer in both breasts (invasive lobular carcinoma on the right, and invasive ductal carcinoma on the left). On October 5th, she is undergoing a bilateral mastectomy, bilateral sentinel lymph node biopsies, and hopefully breast reconstruction. While Earl and her parents will be there to help her take it one day at a time, we want to take the massive chore of cooking off their plates. Feeding a house of six is a lot of work, and this meal train will allow her family to focus 100% on Melissa's healing.

Please ensure the main dish contains no regular milk, cream, butter, or cheese, or keep those dairy items strictly on the side Drop-off Logistics: To ensure Melissa can rest without interruptions, please do not ring the doorbell.
