Our beloved gymnastics coach was injured at the Arnold Classic this past weekend! I thought it would be nice to help her out with a meal train and/or gift cards to help her while she heals.I couldn’t imagine not being able to walk and have a baby to care for. Please help if you can 🩷 Here is an update she posted: -bone fragments in both ankles but none of them look new; follow up with orthopedist so he can compare old x-rays to new ones -apparently i also have bone spurring in both ankles which i didn’t know lol -treating as severe sprains until my follow up! She heads to the orthopedic doctor tomorrow!
